Enjoy the view from the comfortable seating area in your room, or from your own balcony. You not only have a private bath, but a private kitchen, balcony and entrance!

     Don't want to eat at an appointed time making small talk with a bunch of strangers? We understand! We provide everything you need for a lovely continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure in your own kitchen, in bed, or out on your own balcony. You will also have access to a large BBQ grill on the main deck.

$20 third person (3 person limit, including children). Stabling Rates: $15 - Run-in shed w/pasture; $20 stall in barn. No Pets. No Smoking.
